Refund Policy

As a small business, our focus is on our customer. We want you and your pup to be happy and we understand that sometimes things may not be suitable for you. 

Refund Rules & Process

  • If you wish to refund, please ensure that items have been unused and in brand new condition with the original packaging
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase
  • After we receive the item, the money will be paid to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For card payments, it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
